This video describes how to access SysTrack Reliability Engineering, explains the two available personas, and outlines how each persona supports different perspectives while following a shared workflow.

To access SysTrack Reliability Engineering, select the beacon icon from the SysTrack navigation menu.

Reliability Engineering supports two different personas: DEX specialist and EUC engineer. Your administrator has likely assigned the persona that best aligns with your role, but you can switch between them at any time using the persona selector in the upper right corner of the screen.

Each persona is designed to help answer a different question.

The DEX specialist starts with user experience. Their view is centered around the experience index, helping them identify which issues are having the greatest impact on employees and prioritize efforts that will improve overall digital experience.

The EUC engineer starts with an operational perspective. Their view focuses on notifications, anomalies, and prioritized sensors, helping them identify, investigate, and address issues before they become larger problems.

While the starting point is different, both personas ultimately follow the same reliability engineering workflow to document problems, investigate issues, take action, and validate results.
