This video explains how the Manage Group Features page controls user experience and access within SysTrack Reliability Engineering, including requirements for enabling the SRE app and switching between personas.

The Manage Group Features page in the Administration panel allows you to control two aspects of SysTrack Reliability Engineering: default landing experience and access to the SRE app.
The default landing experience setting determines whether users see the classic or NextGen experience when they launch SysTrack. Selecting NextGen EUC Engineer or NextGen DEX Specialist sets the default landing experience for that group.
Enabling the SysTrack NextGen feature set makes the Reliability Engineering application available to the selected group with the same default EUC or DEX persona.
Users can access Reliability Engineering only when both conditions are met. The user group must be assigned a NextGen landing experience, and the SysTrack NextGen feature must be enabled. Users with the classic landing experience will not be able to see the SRE app.
The previous experience may still be cached. Logging out and back in will refresh the experience.
In order to see both personas in the dropdown menu, users will need to be assigned to a group with EUC Engineer access and a group with DEX Specialist access.
