Use Executive Insights to evaluate productivity impact, assess organizational health trends, and drill down into group‑ and system‑level details to identify and address the factors affecting digital experience.

Executive Insights offers quick and easy access to enterprise productivity and health information. Executives can use this data to gain insight into the cost of productivity impact, understand their organizational health score, and determine where digital experience is suffering.
Productivity impact is the average amount of time in a week that employees are affected by system issues and unable to be fully productive. The values shown on the Executive Insights page are averages per employee per week, taken from a moving average dataset. You can also view trending changes in impact time over the selected period, which adjusts based on the dropdown selection.
The productivity impact cost window provides insight into organizational productivity cost by showing the average cost per employee during the selected time period and highlighting the overall trend. These calculations are based on values configured on the administration page.
The health score represents the percentage of employees with healthy, active time versus total active time. Active time is the time employees spend actively using their systems, excluding idle, locked, or powered‑off periods. Healthy active time reflects usage without events that impact productivity. The health score shows the latest data from trending health metrics, including workstations with user activity, terminal servers, and servers. You can also see how the average health score has changed over the last five weeks.
As health scores improve, the amount of time employees are affected by system issues decreases, resulting in increased productivity and reduced productivity impact cost.
The Total Impacted Time by Category area shows which health categories are affecting your environment. IT teams can use Citrix tools to troubleshoot these problems and improve the health score. The distribution chart highlights which KPIs are most prevalent, while the trending chart shows changes in these impacts over time.
Both health and productivity impact are summarized in the My Groups section, which includes a clickable link to access detailed health information. You can compare your selected group to others using the trending health score graph. Additional impacted time by category charts are also available and relate only to the selected group.
You can view which systems have been most impacted and drill into them for resolution. If permissions allow, you can view the entire group and system‑level health impacts in the Desktop Visualizer by clicking the big blue button at the top of the page. Click the Overview link or use the browser's back button to return to the main page.
At the bottom of the page, the Health Score Breakdown provides a scrollable summary of impact factors as they relate to the average user's active time. Community benchmarks let you compare your health score or impacted time with similar companies.
