The first thing you see when you log into SysTrack is the landing page. There you'll be able to see how many systems and days that data has been collected for, as well as the number of systems that are currently online.

The shortcuts on the landing page provide a high level summary about the user's hardware and applications in your environment. If you have the necessary permissions, you can click on the objects to explore the data in more detail. The individual data objects will go to a subset or filtered data in visualizer. Click View More to get to a specific data set.

Within Visualizer, your Daily Insights provides a range of valuable digital experience insight from the data in your SysTrack environment. Insights are refreshed every 24 hours. Once an initial processing period has passed, click View More to explore the insights.

The navigation rail on the left side of the screen provides access to the SysTrack tools that you have permissions for. To see additional applications, click the All Apps icon and the application dialogue box opens.

Select Dashboards to open a flyout menu. This menu shows up to 10 of your most recently used favorite dashboards. If you do not have any in your favorites list, choose Go to Dashboard Browser.

Click the gear icon to access the administrator settings. If you are not an administrator, you'll only see the Switch Tenants option in the flyout, if you have access to multiple tenants.

Click the question mark to see links to the SysTrack documentation portal, Customer Gateway, and options to contact Lakeside. Click the user icon to log out of SysTrack.

To return to the landing page at any time, click the Lakeside logo in the upper left corner of the screen.
