Set up email notifications when a sensor is triggered by selecting a sensor, defining trigger thresholds, choosing system groups, and assigning recipients in the Notifications section of Configure.

IT engineers can configure proactive emails to be sent out automatically whenever a SysTrack sensor is triggered on a specified number or percentage of devices, indicating a problem that requires rapid response.
To create these email notifications, navigate to the Configure tool and select Notifications from the left menu. Click the blue plus sign at the top to create a new notification. Add a name and a description, then search for and select the sensor you want to monitor.
If you only want to monitor a certain group of systems, select that group from the dropdown menu. Choose whether to specify a percentage of devices that must trigger the sensor or a set number of devices.
Add one or more recipients to be notified. These recipients must first be set up in the Recipients tab and can be an individual user, a distribution list, or a system using an email or webhook connection.
Click the Save Notification button to complete the setup.
