To easily remove GDPR or other prohibited user data, navigate to the Administration page in SysTrack Configure.
In the Privacy section near the center of the page, enter the User ID associated with the user data that needs to be removed.
Use the "domain\username" format. Then click the Redact button.
For windows environments, there is also an offline redaction tool that can be downloaded.
