Prerequisites
Before you configure an export, ensure the following:
You purchased Data Egress, and it’s enabled for your tenant under Configure > Tools.
You have available data allowance. You cannot create or edit exports if your purchased data limit has been reached.
The Webhook URL is ready. Prepare the destination URL where SysTrack will send notifications when exports are complete. For more details, see Retrieve Your Data.
Configure Export
The configuration flow is mostly the same for daily, weekly, and monthly exports, and includes the following steps:
Table selection
Webhook setup
Export data size estimation
Day selection for the export (weekly and monthly exports)
Review and confirmation
Table Selection
Go to Configure > Tools > Data Egress.
In the Table Export section, click Configure... export for the corresponding export type.
Select tables for the export:
Click Add table(s). In a pop-up window, use the search panel and filters to find and select tables:
You can select one, several, or all tables. The number of selected tables is displayed in the bottom-left corner of the window.
The RPT type corresponds to Report Views, which use the RPT prefix in their names. The Custom and System types correspond to user-created and factory Views and display their friendly names.

When finished, click Add. The pop-up window closes, and the Tables for Export section shows a green check mark with the number of tables added.
Export Data Size Estimation
After you added the tables to an export, SysTrack starts calculating an estimated size for the selected tables based on examples of your data. The estimate helps you manage your data allowance. However, actual export size may vary.
You can continue with configuring the webhook while the estimation is in progress.

If the estimation fails, review the status of the selected tables and click Recalculate to run the estimation again. If the error persists, contact the support team.
Webhook Setup
Click Add webhook and enter the webhook details:
Name
URL
Skip Request Method. For webhook notifications, only the POST method is used.
(Recommended) Select Authentication Method and enter the required data:
Specify Authentication via a Header: Authenticate using a custom header, such as an API key or bearer token. Click Add and enter the header name and value.
Basic Auth: Enter a username and password.

IMPORTANT: To protect the integrity of your systems, a webhook’s password and secret are not displayed after they are created. Make sure to store them in a secure place.
If necessary, specify headers: Click Add and enter the header name and value.
Check the example of the request body of the webhook notification.
When finished, click Add.

Day Selection for Export
NOTE: Configuring the Next Export is not available while the estimation calculation is in process.
For weekly and monthly exports, finish the export configuration.
After estimation calculation completed successfully, in the Next Export list, select the day for export:
For weekly exports, choose the day of the week.
For monthly exports, choose one of the following: First day of Month, 15th day of Month, Last day of Month.

Review and confirmation
If the estimation calculation is still in process, you can leave the page and return to review later: in the Table Export section, click Edit configuration for the corresponding export type.
After adding the tables, webhook, day selection, and estimation calculation done:
Review the estimated export size.
Compare it with the remaining data allowance to ensure it is sufficient for this export.
Click Proceed to export and confirm. Until then, your configuration remains in draft and will not be processed.
NOTE
Clicking Proceed to export saves your configuration but does not start an export immediately.
SysTrack prepares the export and schedules it for processing.
Exports are processed after the Visualizer refresh cycle to ensure the most up‑to‑date condensed data is included.
For daily schedules, your data exports during the next overnight processing window. For weekly and monthly schedules, the data exports on the next scheduled day.
In the following example, the monthly export (with the Ongoing label) is configured, saved, and scheduled. The daily and weekly exports (with the Proceed to export button and the Draft label) remain in draft and will not be processed. For the daily export, the estimation is still in progress, so Proceed to export is not available.

Edit Configuration
To update an export configuration:
Go to Configure > Tools > Data Egress.
In the Table Export section, click Edit configuration for the corresponding export type.
.png?sv=2022-11-02&spr=https&st=2026-04-17T00%3A59%3A46Z&se=2026-04-17T01%3A13%3A46Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=5bnHqPuaylk1N8n857pshs8kZSzzJSBr1wguXqOJFC0%3D)
Similar to configuring a new export, you can:
Change the table selection and get a new size estimation.
Edit the webhook.
For weekly and monthly exports, change the day for export.
Click Proceed to export and confirm. SysTrack starts the preparation process and schedules your next export using the updated configuration.
Delete Configuration
NOTE: Deleting export configuration does not affect your ready exports, you still can download them during their retention period.
To delete an export configuration:
Go to Configure > Tools > Data Egress.
In the Table Export section, click Edit configuration for the corresponding export type.
In the top-right corner, click Delete configuration and confirm.
