The Export History section of the Data Egress page provides a record of all completed, failed, and expired exports. Use the Export History section to:
Verify that scheduled exports ran successfully.
Check the status and size of each export.
Retrieve the invocation ID if you missed the webhook notification.
The Export limits meter shows your data usage against the purchased allowance for the current contract period. It is next to the Table Exports heading on the Data Egress page and on each export configuration page.
Prerequisites
Data Egress is available only in SysTrack Cloud, after it is turned on for your tenant. The Data Egress menu item then shows under Configure > Tools.

The table lists all exports with the following columns:
Export Time (UTC): When the export was completed.
Invocation ID: Unique identifier used to retrieve the download link via API (see Retrieve Data Egress Exports). This value is also sent in a webhook notification. You can copy it from the table and use it if you missed the webhook notification.
Status: Indicates the export status:
Ready: All tables selected in the export configuration are exported successfully.
Expired: Export was automatically deleted after the retention period.
Failed: At least one of the tables selected in the export configuration failed to export. Hover the mouse pointer to see the details. If the export is partially failed, the webhook notification includes only the list of tables that were successfully exported. If all tables failed to export, you still receive a webhook notification, but with an empty list of tables. Failed exports cannot be regenerated. The next scheduled export runs automatically.
Frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly export schedule.
Expires in: Remaining time before the export is permanently deleted.
Total Size: Actual size of the exported data.
View Data Usage
The Export limits meter is next to the Table Exports heading on the Data Egress page. It shows:
Used data (actual exports completed during the contract period). Size estimations do not count.

Color-coded alerts indicate your usage status:
Yellow: You used 80% or more of your allowance. The meter shows You’re close to reaching your export limit.
Red: The limit has been reached. The meter shows Your export limit has been reached:
You cannot add or edit tables or webhooks, and Proceed to export is unavailable.
Scheduled exports do not run.
Contact your account representative to purchase additional capacity and continue using Data Egress without interruptions.
To plan future exports and predict how quickly your allowance will be consumed compare the following values:
Estimated size for each export configuration shown in the Table Exports section.
Actual sizes for completed exports listed in Export History.
Email Notifications
When exported data reaches 80 percent of your purchased export capacity, your tenant’s SysTrack Administrator and the Lakeside account sales representative receive an email notification to help manage usage proactively.
When exported data reaches 100 percent of your purchased export capacity, the system sends another notification to inform you that the limit has been reached so you can purchase additional capacity and continue using Data Egress without interruptions.
