Administration Page

The Administration Page contains common global settings that apply across your SysTrack tenant.

Select the default color theme by choosing between Light and Dark mode. This setting applies to all users in the tenant, not just your own account.

You can also select a default configuration to apply to new systems added to the tenant. This can be changed later from the Assignments page.

To help maintain an accurate system inventory, you can automatically remove systems that have not connected for a specified number of days. This keeps stale devices from affecting reports and dashboards.

The Command Dashboard lets you run administrative actions on systems listed in the System Selection section without having to wait for scheduled updates. You can force systems to retrieve configurations, refresh inventory data, condense recently collected information, or process outstanding views. Status and results appear in the Command Report.

The Privacy setting removes data associated with a specific user. This is important for GDPR compliance.

Unit Settings define organization-wide values such as electricity costs, cooling ratios and currency. These values are used throughout SysTrack to calculate power consumption and productivity costs.

Productivity Impact Costs help estimate the business impact of IT issues by using your average employee wage and estimated productivity loss during impacted time.

Hardware Refresh Settings define the thresholds SysTrack uses to identify devices that may need replacement or refresh based on CPU, memory, disk space, and battery health. These values also provide defaults for factory DEX Packs.

Finally, SysTrack AI Settings allow you to customize AI-related calculations and detection behavior. Configure anomaly thresholds to control when widespread issues are identified, and define your average ticket cost so the SysTrack AI Overview dashboard can estimate savings from AI-driven issue resolution.
