Executive Insights
Executive Insights provides a window into your organization's digital experience and its impact on your employees' productivity. It presents a simplified view of Health, Productivity Impact, and the types of IT problems affecting your users. It is based on moving average data sets which includes weekends when many systems may be offline.
Data Sources and Weighting
Each day, the average health score for all systems is calculated from a 30-day data set. As the days advance, the data set used to create that average is also moving. When you see an average value, it is an average, over the time range selected, of the moving average data points.
Data in Executive Insights is calculated across workstations, terminal servers and servers, but it is based on a weighted average to account for the potential disparity between number of workstations and servers.
For example:
CPU Impact Cost (10 hours) over 33 systems [Workstations] (33) * COST (10) = 330 CPU
Impact Cost (2 hours) over 2 systems [Terminal Servers/Servers] (2) * COST (2) = 4
Total Systems = 35
Total Weighted Value = 334
334 / 35 = 9.54 CPU_COST
Date Range and System Count
The date range drop-down list lets you select the time period of the data presented in Executive Insights (with the exception of Community Benchmark). The actual date range of the data is shown next to the drop-down. The number of systems is listed to the right.
NOTE: If you do not have data to cover the entire time frame, the values displayed will only use the data available. If a time segment has no data at all, “No Data” will be displayed.
