The Export History page provides a record of all completed and expired exports. Use this page to:
Verify that scheduled exports ran successfully.
Check the status and size of each export.
Retrieve the invocation ID if you missed the webhook notification.
The Export limits widget provides a quick view of your data usage against the purchased allowance for the current contract period. It is located in the top-right corner of the Data Egress page.

The table lists all exports with the following columns:
Export Time (UTC): When the export was completed.
Invocation ID: Unique identifier used to retrieve the download link via API (see Retrieve Your Data). This value is also sent in a webhook notification. You can copy it from the table and use it if you missed the webhook notification.
Status: Indicates the export status:
Ready: All tables selected in the export configuration are exported successfully.
Expired: Export was automatically deleted after the retention period.
Failed: At least one of the tables selected in the export configuration failed to export. Hover the mouse pointer to see the details. If the export is partially failed, the webhook notification includes only the list of tables that were successfully exported. If all tables failed to export, you still receive a webhook notification, but with an empty list of tables. Failed exports cannot be regenerated. The next scheduled export runs automatically.
Frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly export schedule.
Expires In: Remaining time before the export is permanently deleted.
Total Size: Actual size of the exported data.
View Data Usage
The widget displays:
