Overview
SysTrack Pulse is a browser extension that brings SysTrack diagnostics directly into your ITSM workflow. It runs as a side panel alongside your tickets, giving IT help desk agents instant access to system health data, detected issues, and AI-powered troubleshooting without leaving the ticketing interface.
With Pulse, agents can automatically link a ticket to the affected system, review checklist sensors and detected issues, run approved automations, and, with SysTrack AI, diagnose problems, generate end-user instructions, and escalate with full diagnostic context, all from a single pane.
Compatibility
Pulse runs on Chromium-based browsers (Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge) and is ITSM-agnostic. It can be configured to work with any ITSM platform, including ServiceNow, Freshservice, and others.
Access
Basic features (System Search, System Checklist, Detected Issues, Tools, and System Info) are included for all SysTrack Cloud customers at no additional cost.
SysTrack AI features require the SysTrack AI add-on license. Contact your account representative to learn more about enabling SysTrack AI.
