1.0.10
Released March 2, 2026:
Improved system identification by allowing Pulse to use the system name when an FQDN is not available.
Improved Back button behavior so users can navigate away safely if Pulse opens in an incomplete state.
1.0.9
Released February 25, 2026:
In addition to running approved automations manually from Tools and those tied to sensors in Detected Issues, SysTrack AI in Pulse now suggests and runs relevant automations based on the diagnostic session history. Automations are only recommended if the user has permission to run them. Automation recommendations rely on the descriptions provided for each automation. Review and update descriptions for any automations you create to ensure they are clear and detailed. This helps improve the accuracy of AI-driven recommendations.
Pulse now identifies cached systems with updated header icons, loads key system panels from cached data, and prevents use of tools, automations, and Auto Diagnostics with clear messaging.
Users can now trigger a Notify flow after running an automation in Pulse, automatically adding the message to the ticket.
Pulse now has a new Search default page and displays the account and system name and the configure and data‑collection buttons in the header.
When users initiate Auto Diagnostics, Pulse now collects the latest FQDN and Description values from the ticket. If the FQDN has changed, Pulse prompts users to update it before they continue.
The Change Tenant option now appears only for users who have access to multiple tenants.
Pulse now displays a message when users attempt to connect to a system they do not have access to.
Fixed
Toast messages shown when switching between browser tabs with different incident numbers now display the correct incident transition.
Reply cards shown after Auto Diagnostics now hide automation and instruction buttons when SysTrack AI returns a text‑only message.
Time zone values in Pulse now display fractional offsets correctly.
The required‑fields pop‑up in the ITSM configuration page no longer appears when configuration is complete.
The Monitoring label now displays without an X icon, preventing users from removing it.
Error messages in Pulse now clear correctly when loading a connected system.
Sent messages in Pulse now preserve line breaks and display multiple lines correctly.
Error pages in Pulse no longer persist after refresh or tenant changes and now correctly transition to the Loading page.
The Run automation context menu in the Tools tab now appears correctly on top of the Auto Diagnostics section when expanded.
The Health Score in Pulse now displays the correct 7‑day average.
Escalate and Notify flows in Pulse now work correctly with the multiple‑comment interface in ServiceNow.
