What is SysTrack AI?
SysTrack AI is an add-on offering that encompasses Lakeside’s new agentic service desk solution as well as the feature set formerly known as the SysTrack Intelligence Package (SIP). SysTrack AI provides an additional intelligence layer on top of SysTrack’s rich, real-time endpoint telemetry to unlock faster reactive support and new opportunities for proactive intervention. It’s designed to make accessing and actioning insights simple, intuitive, and fast so users can harness the power of SysTrack in minutes without needing advanced technical knowledge or platform training.
At the core of SysTrack AI’s agentic solution is a reasoning engine that autonomously diagnoses issues and surfaces a summary of the problem as well as prescriptive remediation guidance in a conversational interface for ticket deflection and rapid MTTR.
SysTrack AI supports the goals of DEX and service desk operations across three interconnected lanes:
SysTrack AI for IT Engineers: Auto-diagnostics and prescriptive remediations enable service desk techs to fix issues faster and at lower support tiers with an intuitive workflow overlaying your ITSM tool. SysTrack AI also detects patterns, highlighting anomalies among your sensors as signals for proactive intervention before problems escalate.
SysTrack AI for End Users: Deflect tickets and minimize productivity loss by empowering employees to troubleshoot their own issues with conversational self-service workflows available in multimodal experiences including Microsoft Teams chat and voice calls.
