Experience Index in Roles

Experience Index is based on a curated set of sensors that measure real user-impacting conditions. You can disable individual sensors so it will not impact the Experience Index score for systems assigned to a role.

1. Go to Configure > System Configuration > Roles > Additional Settings > Experience Index.

2. Select a role.

3. Clear the checkboxes for sensors you want to exclude from the Experience Index.

If a checkbox is cleared and disabled, the sensor is disabled globally for the Experience Index in Sensor Configuration (see Management).
