Monitor agent status and trigger updates as needed by reviewing version and connection details on the Configure > Assignments page.

The Assignments page in SysTrack Configure contains information on the status of SysTrack agents on your systems, including their last connection time and which version of the agent is installed. If the versions on the endpoint and in the cloud are not the same, certain features may not work as expected.
By default, SysTrack checks every 60 to 90 minutes to see whether a version upgrade is pending. You can also manually trigger an upgrade on an individual system by clicking the up arrow next to the agent version.
