Approve, enable, or disable actions for automations and collection extensions using the Action Governance tab in SysTrack Configure.

Actions must be approved and enabled before they can be used in an automation or collection extension. To approve an action, go to SysTrack Configure and select Automations and Collection Extensions from the left menu. Choose the Action Governance tab.
Approved actions appear in the Actions list. Actions that have not yet been approved are listed under Pending Approval. To approve one or more actions, select them from the Pending Approval list and click Approve. Approved actions are moved to the Actions list and are automatically enabled.
Approved actions can also be disabled. To do this, select one or more actions from the Actions list and choose Disable.
