Surveys can be created in SysTrack and appear as a pop-up on the end user’s screen. They can be scheduled using the Survey Scheduler tab on the Roles page, or can be pushed out manually to a group of systems in Prevent, or individual systems via Assist or Resolve. Surveys are built using the Survey Builder on the Surveys page.
Create a new survey and give it a name. Provide text for the prompts, then use the Add Question drop down to add survey questions.
You can add multiple questions to the survey, choosing from Text input, Radio buttons, dropdown menus, sliders, or checkboxes. Each question type has different options for customization, such as expecting numeric responses, modifying the value labels, or marking the question as required. Use the X in the top right corner to delete a question.
SysTrack can optionally run a sentiment analysis on text responses. If this is checked, SysTrack will analyze the text responses and assign a numeric value between -1 and +1to the response. These values are stored in a SysTrack table and can be viewed in a dashboard.
