Create customizable end‑user surveys in SysTrack by adding question types such as text, multiple choice, sliders, and confirmations, then previewing the survey before deployment.

If you want to send a survey to your end users, you can do that right in SysTrack.

Click the Surveys page in SysTrack Configure.

To create a new survey, click the plus sign and give it a title. Choose intro text, which will tell the user why they are getting the survey. The exit text field will display when they are finished.

There are several types of questions that can be added. Text input questions allow the user to write their answers in their own words; the question can be marked required and the text input size can be adjusted. Radio button and dropdown questions are multiple choice; add as many options as needed and determine if the question is required. Sliders will have a scaling option; choose a range of numerical values to define the scale, but what displays can be text. The default value field defines where the slider will rest by default. Checkbox questions present text with an option for end users to acknowledge that they’ve seen the response.

Requiring confirmation prevents submission of the survey until the end user checks the box.

To see what the survey looks like, click the dropdown next to the Save button and select Save and Preview.
