This video demonstrates how to use Resolve to view a user's hardware inventory.
Video Transcript
To view the hardware configuration of an end user’s device, search for and select the desired system in SysTrack Resolve.
On the Hardware page, you can see general information about the computer, including drives, CPU and memory capacity, network connections, and the monitors that have been used.
If more detailed information is needed, navigate to the All Inventory page under Advanced Tools and select the categories of interest.
This allows you to view details such as a battery device ID for replacement, installed patches, applied group policies, open firewall ports, and connected devices like mice and keyboards.
You can expand or collapse individual panels by clicking their titles or close them using the X icon, and each panel includes controls to search, filter, and export the displayed data from the top-right corner.
