This video explains how to use Resolve to see recent software changes on an individual system.
Video Transcript
To determine what software changes were made on a system, navigate to SysTrack Resolve and search for and select the system in question.
A good place to begin is Event Correlation, where orange diamond indicators represent software changes such as additions, removals, or modifications.
Other diamonds in the graph let you compare the timing of those software changes with other events occurring on the system at the same time, helping you identify which sensors were active and whether any faults or events coincided with the change.
You can view details about each change by hovering over the items in the graph, or switch the System Events dropdown to Changes to display a sortable, filterable, and exportable list.
You can also review the All Inventory page to see recent software patches, including the dates they were applied.
