Which applications and websites are my users accessing the most?
The System Usage link under Basic Tools will quickly highlight which applications take up the most of a user’s time. Perhaps on the day the user was struggling, they spent most of their day in Teams or Zoom meetings. Maybe they spent all day on YouTube, which could account for the slowness they were experiencing.
There is additional information about website usage under the Web History page, but this information is often hidden from most SysTrack users as it could violate federal or global privacy laws. Speak to your customer success team for more information about Web History visibility.
