Occasionally, the web applications your organization relies on can cause issues for users, and detailed information about performance errors and usage for those web‑based applications is available in SysTrack Resolve.
From the Resolve tool, search for and select the system you want to investigate, then choose Web Apps from the Basic Tools menu on the left.
By default, you’ll see average web performance for the last 30 days, but you can switch to the Usage view from the dropdown to see how often a particular web application is accessed and how much focused time users spend on it, as well as review any errors the application may be experiencing.
To analyze the performance of a specific web application in more detail, select it from the All Web Apps dropdown and the graph will update to show its performance over the past 30 days, with individual instances listed below.
From a troubleshooting perspective, high click‑to‑render times combined with high processing times may indicate an issue with the application or the system itself, while high round‑trip times typically point to network connectivity problems, which can be investigated further using the Black Box tool.
SysTrack administrators can control which web applications are tracked by accessing the Configure tool, selecting Web Apps from the SysTrack settings menu, and using the Add Web App option to add new applications or selecting existing entries to modify or remove them.
