This video demonstrates how to identify session protocols.
Video Transcript
In the course of troubleshooting an issue, it may become necessary to identify the protocol being used to connect to a remote session, especially when a user is complaining about slow performance.
Open the Resolve tool. Search for and select the terminal server or VDI that you wish to investigate. Click on the black box in the menu to the left. Adjust the time frame if necessary, and then in the system data pane, change to sessions.
The client protocol field identifies whether the user is connected via RDP, console, PCoIP, ICA, or VMware Blast.
