In Assist, the Tools page allows you to access any pre-authorized automations, engagements, and surveys that you can run remotely.
NOTE: If your organization does not use Tools, you will not see that page.
To create surveys and engagements, go to Configure > Tools. See Use Survey Builder for more information. You can also access engagements and surveys in the Self-Help tools.
Run Automations
From the Run Automations tab, browse through the list of automations and select one. Automations are grouped by category, with unassigned ones listed under Uncategorized. Selecting an automation displays its description in the right panel.
NOTE: In Assist, the Run Automations tab only displays automations that are applicable to the operating system of the system currently in focus. To view or run automations for other operating systems, select a system running that OS.

If applicable, enter any parameter values in the Parameters section.
Determine the Run Mode. For automations with Notify or Prompt, notifications are sent to the Self-Help app, which requires a Windows operating system.
Run Silently: automation starts and runs in the background.
Prompt: provides a pop-up that asks if the user would like to run the automation.
Notify: pop-up that indicates when the automation will run and runs without user input.
Click Run.

Run Engagements
In the Run Engagements tab, select an engagement you want to run and verify that the description describes what you want the engagement to do.
To receive an engagement, systems must have Windows as an operating system and be connected to SysTrack. Engagements are sent to systems using the Self-Help app.
If applicable, enter any parameter values in the Parameters section.
Click Run.

Run Surveys
Systems must have Windows as an operating system and be connected to SysTrack to receive surveys. Surveys are sent to systems using the Self-Help app. You can customize surveys in SysTrack Configure on the Tools > Surveys page.
To run a survey, follow the below steps:
In the Assist > Tools page, select the Surveys button on the right-hand side of the screen.

Select a survey from the drop-down menu.

Click the Show Survey button. You will see a following confirmation:
