Approve Actions

TIP: Approving an action automatically enables it.

To approve created actions:

1. Go to Configure > Tools > Automations and Collection Extensions > Action Governance > Pending Approval

2. Enable editing by clicking the lock icon in the upper-right corner of the page.

3. Select the actions you want to approve using the checkboxes next to the action names.

   

4. Click Approve.

   

5. Confirm the approval.

   

6. Verify that the approved actions are moved to the Actions list and are automatically enabled (see Action Governance).
