Application Latency Service Map Dashboard Retirement

With this 11.9 release, the Application Latency Service Map dashboard is being retired. As an alternative, use the Application Latency dataset in Visualizer.

New

Automation Tools in SysTrack AI MCP

New tools let your own agent enumerate, select, run, and poll SysTrack automations directly, without holding a conversation with SysTrack AI. Automations can still be run conversationally. This adds a deterministic route for external agents and workflow engines. See SysTrack AI MCP Server Documentation.

New GPU Performance Metrics in Resolve

You can now view GPU Usage (%) and GPU Copy Usage (%) in the Resolve GPU snapshot grid. GPU Usage measures GPU processing activity, while GPU Copy Usage measures GPU data transfer activity. See Dashboard Tool.

Data Accuracy Improvements in SysTrack Reliability Engineering

Agent upgrade required: Version 11.9 improves the quality and reliability of data collected for SRE and Experience Index. Customers using SRE should upgrade their agents to version 11.9 to benefit from these improvements.

SysTrack Reliability Engineering Usability & Workflow Enhancements

SRE now supports sorting the Sensors view by severity and impact, and the Problem List by status, category, and activity, helping teams find high-priority issues faster. Affected Systems can also now be filtered by device location for more targeted investigation.
You can also export Affected Systems lists to CSV for easier sharing with help desk teams and third-party ticketing systems.
Tooltips are now available for scores and counts, including Experience Index values and sensor counts, to explain how each value is calculated.
Numeric values now format automatically based on the user locale for a more consistent viewing experience.
SRE now includes a single-select group filter on the landing page that scopes the Experience Index score, sensor list, and prioritization to the selected population. The selected group remains applied as you move between Sensor Categories, Details, and Affected Systems, and SysTrack remembers it across sessions so you return to the same scoped view when you sign in again. You can also view Experience Index data by group to track trends by business unit or geography, and the filter only shows groups you already have permission to access.

Updated CPU Family Definitions

SAREFEECPU now includes updated CPU family definitions, enabling more accurate power estimation for the latest CPUs.

VC++ Runtime Version Detection for Application Dependency Tracking

The agent now uses a new method to detect the VC++ Runtime version used by an application. The detected version is stored in a new column in the SAAPPINFO table. The new approach provides more detailed runtime version information and automatically supports future VC++ Runtime versions without requiring agent updates.

macOS User Process Bundle Identifier

On macOS, the SysTrack Management User process now uses the com.lakesidesoftware.SysTrackManagementUser bundle identifier without spaces, which allows it to be referenced more reliably for MDM deployments. See Enterprise Deployment Through MDM.

Red Dot Support for Custom Self-Help App Icons

The Self-Help App now adds the red dot indicator to custom branded icons when there is an IT announcement, so branded Self Help icons show the same notification state as the default icon.

User Interface and Workflow Enhancements

Read-only form controls now correctly inherit the background and border colors of the active theme.

Configuration names in the Assignments drop-down menu in Configure now display in full.

Updating a configuration in Configure > Assignments or Config Rules now displays a toast notification indicating whether the changes were saved successfully.

Buttons in Dashboard Builder now use a more consistent focus style.

The SSO Name field in SSO SAML Configuration now becomes unavailable immediately after the initial save, preventing changes that could break certificate mapping and SAML sign-in, and authentication pages now return standardized error messages, improving consistency and security.

To improve security, SysTrack now includes stronger input validation, safer file and path handling.
