Changed
Data Accuracy Improvements in SysTrack Reliability Engineering
Version 11.9 improves the quality and reliability of data collected for SRE and Experience Index. Customers using SRE should upgrade their agents to version 11.9 to benefit from these improvements. See Reliability Engineering.
Updated CPU Family Definitions
SAREFEECPU now includes updated CPU family definitions, enabling more accurate power estimation for the latest CPUs.
VC++ Runtime Version Detection for Application Dependency Tracking
The agent now uses a new method to detect the VC++ Runtime version used by an application. The detected version is stored in a new column in the SAAPPINFO table. The new approach provides more detailed runtime version information and automatically supports future VC++ Runtime versions without requiring agent updates.
macOS User Process Bundle Identifier
On macOS, the SysTrack Management User process now uses the com.lakesidesoftware.SysTrackManagementUser bundle identifier without spaces, which allows it to be referenced more reliably for MDM deployments. See Enterprise Deployment Through MDM.
Red Dot Support for Custom Self-Help App Icons
The Self-Help App now adds the red dot indicator to custom branded icons when there is an IT announcement, so branded Self Help icons show the same notification state as the default icon.
Fixed

SADIN now correctly identifies disk images on Mac. The FileVault Off sensor now excludes disk images. (16498)
The agent now updates the SAAPPUSAGE table hourly and maintains a persistent connection with LsiUser to prevent data loss during ungraceful system shutdowns. (16183)
In hybrid configurations, Azure Active Directory department information is now recorded in the correct Department column of the Active Directory table. (16461)
Physical systems previously identified as virtual machines in SysTrack are now classified correctly. (16192)

Firewall Status now reflects effective firewall policy. (16621)
Restarting the Systems Management Agent from Windows Services now completes successfully without timing out. (17161)
Summary and trending GPU utilization records for NVIDIA devices now remain within the valid range when collection stops. (17076)
The agent now installs more reliably on systems where other enterprise software interacts with system-level DLLs during installation. (17438)
macOS agents now correctly report unique device names and FQDNs on systems that previously reported a DNS sinkhole address or duplicate logical name. (17567)
The macOS agent memory consumption growth over time has been reduced. (17894)
Creating ServiceNow incidents from Tray App surveys now works correctly, and checkbox-type survey questions now correctly record whether the checkbox was selected.
Active sensor results now stay associated with the correct sensors after sensor configuration changes.
Experience Index daily health data on Unix agents now condenses and uploads correctly.
