Updated Condense Logic for Application Executables
To optimize storage and reduce costs, applications (executables) that have not run at least twice will not be condensed to the master. There is no change to the agent side collection.
Updated Session Health Impact for RDP TCP
Health Impact for session latency now takes into account TCP sessions for RDP (SAREMOTEFX.CUR_TCP_RTT). Systems using TCP for RDP will not have been recording health impact when session latency was above threshold. Once you update the agent, this will be included.
New
Automations Now Support Categories
“Category” can now be added to the metadata of automations. Automations in Resolve and Assist are now sorted into categories.
Automation categories are automatically prepopulated with sensor categories. When creating or editing an automation, users can select a category from this list or create a custom category.
Per Core CPU data in Resolve
Resolve has a new data set CPU Cores to show per core CPU utilization, including both user and privileged use.
Overall GPU Utilization Now Collected
The agent now collects generic GPU utilization. For both integrated (int) and dedicated (ext) GPUs, the following metrics are now collected:
-
Windows: Memory Utilization
-
Linux: GPU and Memory Utilization
The GPU perspective will now show for all systems in Resolve, and include data for Windows, Linux and macOS.
There is no change to the existing Nvidia dedicated collection, or macOS.
Services Available for macOS in Black Box
When viewing a macOS system in Resolve > Black Box, you can select Services from the drop‑down list to view the state of macOS services in the selected focus time.
System Group Condition for Tool Schedules
You can now add conditional logic to tool schedules in Configure > System Configuration > Roles, so that scheduled tools run only on applicable groups.
Regional Currency and Power Cost Settings
A new Unit Settings pane in Configure > Administration allows SysTrack administrators to customize power-related cost calculations using regional currency and real‑world energy rates. Currency values dynamically update across the UI, replacing the previous hardcoded dollar symbol. Supported currencies include GBP, USD, EUR, CNY, JPY, INR, AUD, CAD, CHF, TRY, SEK, and DKK.
Changed
Agent Upgraded to OpenSSL 3.5.5
The SysTrack Agent has been upgraded to OpenSSL version 3.5.5 to address known security vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Updated SysTrack Deployment Tool
-
Customers can now remove the built-in Administrators group via Configure > Privilege Sets and SysTrack Deployment Tool > Tools Access Security.
-
Deprecated SysLock settings have been removed.
-
Deprecated SysTrack Community settings have been removed.
-
Deprecated Virtual Machine Planner (VMP) settings have been removed.
Assist for ITSM Snapshot Cleanup Options
SysTrack 11.7 with Assist for ITSM 4.2 or later supports automatic cleanup of system snapshots 30 days after a ServiceNow Incident is closed or canceled, reducing database storage costs for both cloud and on‑prem environments.
Administrators can also disable Assist for ITSM snapshot creation. This change only affects incidents created after snapshot creation is disabled; existing incidents and previously created snapshots are not changed.
Updated Visualizer Thresholds and Baselines
Baseline and threshold values in Visualizer have been updated to reflect modern computing standards and reduce unnecessary warning indicators. IOPS now reference a typical SSD drive, and MIPS are based on a typical Core i7 system. Tooltip content has also been revised for clarity.
Optimized Application Latency Dataset
Application Latency data in Visualizer is only calculated for subnets containing more than 5 systems. This change is aimed at improving scalability and performance within the Application Latency section.
Update to Factory Roles
Outdated factory roles have been removed from the product that are no longer relevant. A new Windows 11 factory role has been added to support updated customer environments.
These roles have been retired:
-
Microsoft Exchange Server 2010
-
Microsoft SQL Server 2008
-
Microsoft SQL Server 2012

Dual-Axis Dashboard Charts
Dashboard Chart objects now support a secondary Y-axis to better display data sets with different ranges on a single chart, with options to set labels and adjust minimum and maximum values.
Accessibility Enhancements in Resolve and Dashboards
To meet WCAG 2.1.1 and 4.1.2 compliance, accessibility improvements have been made to ensure users with vision impairments can navigate and interact with UI elements. Sensor Category Details on the Resolve Overview page now include accessible roles and expand/collapse states for screen reader compatibility. In Dashboards, the open dashboard preview buttons and expand/collapse controls for By Category and By Persona are keyboard accessible, supporting tab navigation and activation via Enter or Space keys. These elements now also include accessible roles and expand/collapse states for screen reader compatibility.
To meet WCAG 1.3.1 compliance, Resolve Black Box now includes permanently displayed labels for all Select Dataset drop-down lists. Each list now shows the label matching what screen readers announce.
To meet WCAG 1.3.1 compliance, the Dashboard Viewer page has been updated so screen readers can announce the state of the toggle favorite button, matching what visual users see.
