Branding
IMPORTANT: This is for versions 11.0 and beyond.
The Branding page enables you to replace the default Self-Help Application icon with one of your own. You can also add images for the Tray App Header and Survey icon, All User Notifications, the Navigation Logo, and you can customize Self-Help text.
Key Requirements

Image Format: Use the Portable Network Graphic (PNG) format for the icon.

Resolution and Color: Make sure the icon has a resolution of 256x256 pixels and supports Truecolor with alpha for transparency.

Immediate Update: Changes will reflect across all endpoints as soon as the new icon is uploaded and saved.
Customize Icons
The Customize Icons area enables you to set four custom logos:

The Application Icon(.ico), that is used as the desktop, start menu, and system tray icon.

A Tray App Header and Survey icon(.png), that will appear in the header of the Self-Help app and surveys.

An All User Notifications(.png), that will appear in all messaging, such as engagements, automations, survey prompts, and IT announcements.

A Navigation Logo(.svg), which will appear at the top of the Navigation menu.
NOTE: As soon as you upload your custom logos or icons, they will be visible to all users of SysTrack.
Upload an Application Icon
NOTE: All upload files are a maximum of 10MB. As soon as you upload your custom icon, it will be visible to all users of SysTrack.

Click the lock to edit.

Click the upload .ico button. The Upload Icon dialog appears. For optimum resolution, the icon you plan to upload should be 256 pixels square.

Click the Choose ICO button.

Browse to and select the .ico image file, then click Open. The selected icon is shown in the Customize Icons area as well as the Customize Self-Help Text preview area below.

Click Save Changes. Your custom application icon will now appear in the header of the Self-Help app, as the tray app icon, in the Start menu, and as the desktop icon.

Click the lock to end your editing session.
Upload Custom Icons or Logos

Click the lock to edit.

Click the upload button. The Upload Icon dialog opens. For optimum resolution, the logo should be 256 x 256 pixels for .ico, at least 90 x 90 pixels for .png, and 40 x 40 pixels for .svg .

Click the check box to use the same icon for the tray app header/survey icon and all user notifications.

Click the Choose button.

Browse to and select the image file, then click Open. The selected logo is shown in the Customize Icons area.

Click the lock to end your editing session.
Delete Custom Icons or Logos

Click the lock to edit.

Click the x (delete logo) in the right top corner of the image.

A Delete Logo message opens.

Click Delete.
-
A message will appear that states the custom image was deleted successfully.

Click the lock to end your editing session.
Customize Self-Help Text
You can change the text used for the Self-Help application icon, the title displayed inside the Self-Help app, and it's subtitle.
Enter an Application Display Name
Changes will affect the desktop, start menu, and system tray icons.

Click the lock to edit.

Type the title in the Application Display Name field, or leave the field blank to keep the default title. The text you enter is shown in the title line above.

Click Save Text Changes.

Click the lock to end your editing session.
Enter a Self-Help Custom Title

Click the lock to edit.

Type the title in the Enter Custom Title field, or leave the field blank to keep the default title. The text you enter is shown in the title line above.

Click Save Text Changes.

Click the lock to end your editing session.
Enter a Subtitle

Click the lock to edit.

Type the subtitle in the Enter Custom Subtitle field, or leave the field blank to keep the default subtitle. The text you enter is shown in the subtitle line above.

Click Save Text Changes.
