Dell WMS Cloud customers can enable the third-party plugin through Groups and Configs > Edit Policies > Third Party.
Viewing ThinOS Data in SysTrack
Once the SysTrack virtual channel is enabled, ThinOS‑collected data will appear in Resolve > Black Box for the system that the ThinOS device is connected to.
A new section named Remote Client will be visible in the System Data area, displaying the ThinOS‑sourced metrics.
