Overview

The SysTrack Agent from the IGEL App Portal enables SysTrack telemetry collection on IGEL OS systems.

Requirements for the SysTrack Virtual Channel

To use the SysTrack virtual channel, ensure you have an IGEL device running firmware version 12 or later.

Managing and Configuring Apps on IGEL OS

The SysTrack virtual agent app for IGEL OS is available here: IGEL App Portal - SysTrack Agent.

Viewing IGEL Data in SysTrack

Once the SysTrack virtual channel is enabled, IGEL‑collected data will appear in Resolve > Black Box for the virtual system that the IGEL device is connecting to.

A new perspecitve named Remote Client will be visible in the System Data area, displaying the IGEL‑sourced metrics.

Additional SysTrack Views (Optional)

There is also a factory view named Remote Client Performance which consolidates performance telemetry from IGEL thin clients, providing an overview of key client metrics in a single location.

To enable the view, go to Configure > Roles > Views. For more information, refer to the article about Views.
