User and Group Access to SysTrack Tools Cloud

This video explains how to work with user and group access for SysTrack Tools Cloud.

1. On the tenant landing page, under Administration, select Manage Group Features.

2. On the Grant Feature Sets to Groups page, it is possible to select the feature sets.

3. Under HELPDESK, select View/Edit Effective Content.

4. On the Customize Group Access page, use the check boxes to enable or disable tools.
