This video describes how DEX specialists use experience index data and impact analysis tools in SysTrack to identify and investigate the main drivers of degraded digital employee experience.

DEX specialists focus on improving the overall quality of the digital employee experience. Their process starts with reviewing the environment overview and experience index data for the past 30 days.

The experience index impact navigator helps identify which areas are contributing most to a decline in user experience. Categories such as computing resources, application performance, network performance, and other experience factors are displayed based on their overall impact.

The DEC specialist selects a category to drill into the top five impacting sensors view, which reveals the specific issues driving that experience degradation.

The tree view highlights the top contributing sensors, making it easy to see which issues are having the greatest effect on the experience index.

Selecting the list view shows every sensor affecting that category.

Some sensors may also include instances providing additional context about the specific application, process, or condition contributing to the issue.

From here, the DEC specialist can select the sensor or instance to begin their investigation.
