This video shows how to create an IT announcement that appears in the Self-Help app.

On the IT Announcements page in Prevent, you can create messages that display in the Self-Help app. Click the Plus icon, enter the Announcement text, and adjust when you want the announcement to stop displaying in the app. The default duration is 24 hours. Click OK, and the message will appear in the Self-Help app for all users. You can also edit and delete announcements from this page.
