Run an engagement in Lakeside Assist by selecting a system, choosing the correct engagement, sending the command, and prompting the end user to begin or delay the activity.

From the Lakeside Assist homepage, search for the relevant system and select it.
Open Tools, and then click on Run Engagements.
Choose the engagement to run from a list and verify in the description that it is correct.
Click the Run button to send the command.
The end user will get an engagement popup and can either suppress the engagement by selecting Not Now, or can execute the engagement by clicking Begin.
