This video explains how to run an engagement on a specific system using Resolve.
To begin, go to the SysTrack Resolve page, search for and select the relevant system, then open the Actions tab in the lower left corner of the Resolve page and choose Tools.
From there, click Run Engagements, select the engagement you want to run from the list, and verify that the description matches the intended action.
Click the Run button to send the command, after which the end user will receive an engagement popup and can either postpone the engagement by selecting Not Now or proceed by clicking Begin.
