This video explains how to use the SysTrack Prevent Overview page to identify frequently triggered sensors, filter sensor data, recognize widespread issues, and investigate sensor details.
Video Transcript
Use the Prevent Overview page to identify which sensors are being triggered most recently or most frequently.
The default view displays only sensors that are currently active on active systems. To view all sensors, clear the Active systems filter.
Check the Show only system checklist sensors option to view sensors that have been designated as part of the system checklist.
You can also select Latest results per system from the timeframe menu to include systems that aren't currently active.
The Overview table uses color to highlight widespread issues. It displays a yellow triangle when the sensor triggers on more than 5% of systems, and a red square when it reaches 10%.
Sensor categories are organized in a collapsible tree. Expand any category to see the individual sensors and how many systems are affected.
The columns display the top system groups. Use the Change groups button to view a different set of system groups.
At the bottom of the page, you'll find the 10 most common sensors for the selected timeframe and the 10 systems with the most triggered sensors.
Selecting a sensor, either from the sensor overview or the most common sensors list, opens the Sensor Details page where you can investigate the issue in more depth.
