This video demonstrates how to use SysTrack Automations to remediate issues across multiple systems, either from sensor results or by targeting specific groups of devices.

Systemic issues can be addressed globally in many situations. Let's take a look at a sensor that is affecting lots of systems in the environment.
In this instance, the description of the sensor tells us exactly what needs to be done to solve this problem. However, since it's happening on so many machines, it might take some time to access each system to delete those files. The Run Automations button, which used to say Run Actions in previous versions, might be able to help with this. You can choose the automation that you'd like to run from a list of approved automations. Verify in the description that it's correct, then determine if you want to run the action silently in the background, notify the user that you're running it, or prompt the user to begin the action. Then just click the Execute button and it's done.
These commands will only run for the systems listed in the sensor grid, so only on systems that are triggering this particular sensor. You can use the filtering function to limit that list or filter by group. If you are looking to run commands on machines that aren't having this specific sensor activity, you still can do that using the Tools link at the bottom of the left-hand menu. Let's take a quick look at that.
We can either choose to view all systems, a specific group of systems as defined in our Configure tool, or we can filter by the various criteria we see here to get our list of computers to act upon. Then you will just select the Run Automations icon at the top of the page and proceed as we did previously.
