Use the Logging settings of a role to set how much detail the SysTrack agent writes to its log file on systems that use the role. The default level is Information. When Lakeside support teams troubleshoot an issue with you, they may ask you to raise it to one of the Trace levels.
Set the Agent Log Level
Go to Configure > System Configuration > Roles.
Click the lock icon in the upper-right corner to unlock Configure for editing.
Select the role.
From the Additional Settings list, select Logging.

In Level for logging to log file, select a level. The levels, from least to most detail, are None, Error, Warning, Information, and Trace 1 to Trace 5.
Click Save Changes.
The level applies to every system whose configuration includes the role.
Raise the Log Level for Some Systems Only
To collect trace logs only from the systems you are troubleshooting, put the higher level in a separate role and configuration:
Create a role for the higher level. See Create a Role.
In the new role, set Level for logging to log file to Trace 5 as in Set the Agent Log Level above.
Go to Configure > System Configuration > Assignments. Find the systems and note their configuration.
Go to Configure > System Configuration > Configurations. Select that configuration, click the duplicate icon next to the list, enter a name, and save it.
Add the new role to the duplicate configuration, and click Save Changes.
In Assignments, assign the duplicate configuration to the systems, and click Save Changes.
To apply the change right away, run Read Configuration on those systems. See Operations: Command Dashboard.
When you finish troubleshooting, assign the original configuration to the systems again.
