The Health Score vs Experience Index DEX Pack compares the SysTrack Health Score and Experience Index for your groups and systems. Use it to identify where the scores differ and which impact categories contribute to the gap.
Group Summary
Group Summary lists each group with its Health Score, Experience Index, and Score Difference. Score Difference is the Experience Index minus the Health Score. A positive value means the Experience Index is higher than the Health Score. A negative value means it is lower. The Health Score Impacts Breakdown and Experience Index Impacts Breakdown columns show how much each impact category affects the score for that group.
Enter a group name in Group Search to filter the list. Select a group to load its details into Selected Group - Health Breakdown and Selected Group - Health Score Over Time.
Selected Group - Health Breakdown
Selected Group - Health Breakdown shows the Health Score and Experience Index for the group selected in Group Summary side by side, with the average impact of each category. The Health Score Category and HS Value columns list Health Score impacts such as memory, latency, CPU, disk, and network. The Experience Index Category and EI Value columns list Experience Index impacts such as network, device, computing resources, remote connectivity, collaboration tools, and productivity apps and services.
Selected Group - Health Score Over Time
Selected Group - Health Score Over Time plots the daily Health Score and Experience Index for the group selected in Group Summary. Use it to see whether the gap between the two scores stays constant or appears only on certain days.
Systems Summary
Systems Summary lists each system with the same columns as Group Summary: Health Score, Experience Index, Score Difference, Health Score Impacts Breakdown, and Experience Index Impacts Breakdown.
Enter a system name in System Search to filter the list. Select a system to load its details into Selected System - Health Breakdown and Selected System - Health Score Over Time.
