This video demonstrates how to define a time window for alarms, actions, and notifications.

Video Transcript

Alarms, alarm notifications, and alarm actions can be enabled and disabled during specified periods of the day. To do this, open the Configure tool and select Time Window under SysTrack Settings.

From the dropdown menu, you can choose from predefined factory time windows, including twelve hours for five days, eighteen hours for six days, twenty‑four hours seven days a week, or "never run".

These default options cannot be edited or deleted.

To create a "Custom Time Window", click the plus icon to add a new entry or use the Duplicate icon to copy an existing "Factory Time Window".

Once created, you can adjust the time ranges by dragging the yellow, blue, and red sliders, which represent alarms, actions, and notifications respectively.

The Time Ranges menu, depending on your resolution, will appear either to the right of or below the graph. There you can remove or duplicate a selected time range slider, or you can add a new one by choosing the appropriate radio button and clicking in the graph.

Remember to save your changes. Now these time windows will be available when creating role-based alarms.
