The Current Issues page identifies sensors that are active in your environment and prioritizes them based on their severity and impact.
The matrix provides a visual overview of active sensors and helps you determine the best response. High-severity issues affecting many systems should be prioritized and are good candidates for manual mass-healing automations. Low-severity issues affecting a few systems may be handled through Self-Help, while widespread lower-severity issues may benefit from self-healing automations. Finally, high-severity issues affecting fewer systems will likely require individual investigation and resolution using the Resolve tool.
To the left, is a list of active sensors that you can sort by the number of affected devices or by impact. Select a sensor name from the list or a dot in the matrix to get more information. This opens a details pane so you can further investigate the issue, and take action if needed.
