This video demonstrates how to use Resolve black box to check wi-fi signal strength.

When supporting remote workers, it’s important to determine whether connection issues are related to the user’s home network or the enterprise environment.
One of the easiest ways to do this is to use Resolve to search for the user and select the system reporting the issue, then navigate to the Black Box tool and change the system data dropdown to Network.
This displays signal quality, which helps indicate whether the user may be experiencing problems connecting to their own Wi‑Fi.
Clicking the metric adds it to the Black Box graph, and other metrics can be removed to clearly see how the Wi‑Fi connection has performed over time.
By default, the view shows the last 60 minutes, but the timeframe can be expanded to match whatever period the end user has reported, such as earlier that morning or the previous day.
