This cloud-only release includes new features, bug fixes and enhancements to the product.

Important

  • We have discontinued support for version 9.0.9 agents and On-Premises effective July 16, 2023.

  • Support for version 10.0 agents is discontinued as of October 16, 2023.

  • Microsoft has discontinued support of Windows 2012 effective October 2023. As a result, we have previously ended support for all systems that are running on older versions of Microsoft Windows Server prior to 2012. Support has been discontinued for 2012 as of this release.

  • We are no longer including PDFs in the install file directories. You can view install documentation in the install section of docs.lakesidesoftware.com.

  • Beginning with the 10.10 On-Premise release, we will no longer support the SCOM integration.

Search for Sensor Details

In the Prevent > Sensor Details screen, you can search for a sensor by name or category. You can also start typing the sensor name and those sensors that match display in a drop down list.

Improved User Administration and Permission Control

  • A new UI for managing users and permission groups in SysTrack; a searchable, sortable and improved user experience.

  • Tenants enabled for SSO SAML can sync SysTrack permission groups with their directory groups. This automatically allows access to SysTrack based on directory group membership and removes the need for manual user invites.

  • The documentation portal has been redesigned and reorganized. If you had previously bookmarked a page, you may need to update the link.

  • Redact user data is removed from cloud home to reduce clutter in the SysTrack interface and remove confusion in the product.

  • When the Health Score is enabled in the Self-Help application, it displays the user's 7-day average.

  • The Administration menu has changed to include five areas: Manage Users and Groups, Manage Group Features, Tenant Information, SSL SAML Configuration, and Manage Service Accounts.

  • In Configure, administrators may choose whether or not the Cost of Productivity widget is displayed in Executive Insights.

  • Added virtual channel support for Dell Wyse Thin Clients (pending Dell official release).

  • In Enterprise > Computer Performance, Community > Computer Performance and Desktop > Computer Performance the column title App Graphics is Apps Using GPU (hrs).

  • Links in Resolve, Prevent, and Visualizer open in the same tab.

  • In Resolve, Prevent, Visualizer, Executive Insights, vScape, Configure, and AppVision when you right-click a grid drilldown cell it opens in a new tab.

  • The Feedback and Home icons in the header are removed.

  • In AppVision you can open side bar navigation items in a new tab.

  • In Resolve > Faults > Fault Data you can use drilldown functionality.

  • Added a new Primary User column  throughout the system details grids in Prevent.
