11.4.1 Patch Release Notes

This cloud-only release includes new features, bug fixes, and enhancements to the product.

Important

  • Tile Mode is scheduled for deprecation in the upcoming 11.5 release. Customers are encouraged to begin transitioning away from dashboards that rely on Tile Mode functionality.

  • The SysTrack Snapshot API will no longer be supported after the end of 2025. This legacy API was used in earlier versions of Assist for ITSM. Please upgrade to the latest version to ensure continued compatibility.

  • The following factory roles will be removed from the product in the 11.5 release as they are no longer relevant:

    • Microsoft Exchange Server 2010

    • Microsoft SQL Server 2008

    • Microsoft SQL Server 2012

    • Microsoft SQL Server 2012 R2

    • Windows 7

    • Windows 8

    • Windows Server 2008

    • Windows Server 2008 R2

Fixed

  • The Sensor Patterns and Sensor Windows graphs under Prevent > Sensor Patterns now render correctly with scroll bars. (13187)

  • Tile Mode is no longer enforced by browser type or window size. It is now only enabled via the URL parameter ?m=true or through a dashboard’s own Tile Mode setting. (13072)

  • The AzureAD collection in the CommonData Service now inserts user data in batches to improve performance and reliability for large tenants. (12591)

  • Updated the AzureAD data purging logic to address an issue where password change dates were not correctly reflected due to timeouts during data collection. (12591)

Changed

Natural Language Query (NLQ) – Query Allocation Update

For customers using the SysTrack Intelligence Package (SIP), we’ve updated how NLQ query counts are calculated:

  • Central Queries: Running or downloading results from Central Queries no longer counts against your NLQ query allocation.

  • Agent Queries: Only Agent Queries now count toward the total number of queries included with your SIP license.

This change enables SIP customers to explore Central datasets freely without affecting their licensed query limits, while reserving Agent Queries for advanced, real-time diagnostics.

Additionally, when an NLQ query returns no results, the interface no longer displays a blank message or rating buttons. Instead, only the Edit Query button is shown following the “Your query was successfully executed, but it didn't return any records” message.
