New

Compliance Tool in Assist

The Compliance Tool in Assist lists common sensor items to help the L1 and L2 users to diagnose and resolve common system compliance issues including disk space availability, password expiration, and firewall status.

Device ID in Resolve

There is a new column in Resolve > Dashboard > Connections table to show the network adaptor a specific application is using. This Network Connections column is also available under Resolve > Blackbox > Connections.

Executive Insights Enhancements

  • Track the cost of poor digital experience over time and translate DEX into a metric business stakeholders understand. Determine where in your organization poor experience is costing you the most, prioritize improvements and evaluate success.

  • The new Group Details page provides IT executives with a view of DEX segmented by department or division; and provides guidance on the issues driving poor DEX for that area of their business.

Enhancements to Proactive Alerting

  • Assign multiple sensors to a single sensor notification.

  • Assign specific instances of a sensor to sensor notifications. For example, if you create a notification for the Application Hang sensor, you can specify it in the app.

Fixed

  • Data populates for the add-ins dashboards in Office 365. (ES-527)

  • OpenSSL disclosed a known vulnerability in a previous version of the software package. We have updated to their patched version 1.1.1t.

  • AppVision no longer shows an error message when opened for the first time. (PRED-109)

  • The App Performance and Optimization Dashboard no longer gives errors when returning data. (ES-404)

  • Values shown in the task queue do not count errors. (ES-293)

  • Task queue show errored and blocked jobs in the SQL. (ES-293, PRED-120)

  • Oldest job in the task queue includes errors and blocked jobs as well as normal jobs. (ES-293, PRED-120)

  • Configure's Assignments > Configuration grid filters systems correctly with combo box. (ES-431)

  • Font in Dashboard gauge visible with contrasting font color. (ES-501)
