Generate Diagnostics for Support on a Mac

SysTrack can generate a series of diagnostics that will help troubleshoot any issues you may have with the Agent. To generate these diagnostics, use the following script in the Agent directory.

The diagnostics script must be run as root or with sudo.

Example:

root# /Library/Application\ Support/Lakeside\ Software/systrack_diagnostics_report

The script can also be run directly from the Finder. Upon successful completion, a zip file will appear on the user’s desktop named SysTrack_Mac_Diagnostics_Report_{DATE}.zip. This file may then be included in any applicable support cases.
