SSO Name

The SAML SSO name locates your tenant and then determines the identity provider being used. If you have multiple tenants, each one requires a unique short name because the link between tenant and IdP is unique.

The SSO name is chosen during the tenant build process and should be as short as possible, with a maximum of 256 characters, and cannot contain special characters, spaces, hyphens, or underscores.

If a customer has multiple tenants and they want them to work with SAML, they would have to set up different short names that get directed to the correct tenant.

Each tenant configures its unique SSO Name through the Configure SSO page. If there are multiple tenants, SysTrack redirects to the correct tenant.
