SysTrack can integrate with Office 365 so that you can pull data into SysTrack from your devices that you manage with Office 365.
The Office 365 integration connects SysTrack to Microsoft Graph using a Microsoft Entra app registration. It serves two purposes: Microsoft 365 DEX Pack dashboards, and Microsoft Entra ID user information collection:
The Microsoft 365 DEX Pack requires this integration, the Reports.Read.All and User.Read.All permissions, and the collection interval settings.
Microsoft Entra ID user information collection requires this integration and the User.Read.All permission. It does not require the Microsoft 365 DEX Pack. For details, see Collect User Information Through Microsoft Entra ID.
IMPORTANT: User information collection is required for SysTrack AI integrations, including SysTrack AI for Teams and SysTrack AI Voice. Changing or removing the credentials on this integration affects those integrations as well.
